6 Hour Rental plus 25% Deposit
Service Description
Location: 5104 6th Ave., Ste 104, Tacoma, WA 98406 Our space is 1000 square feet. We ask to keep your party at 50 guest or less. We will set up the venue with chairs and tables. We have a choice between round and rectangle tables. You can bring in outside food. There is no kitchen, cooking is not allowed. We have a Bluetooth speakers, but no D.J.'s are allowed. We partner with decorators and caterers if you need assistance with those services. When booking your service, please take your set up and break down time into consideration. You will be required to pay a security deposit of 25%, which is refundable at the end of your event. You will be required to buy insurance for the day for the property. (This is required, events will be canceled if this is not produced 48 hours before the event.) You will be required to obtain a banquet permit if you plan to serve alcohol. Deposit is refundable if the property is left clean and in tact. If you cancel less than 2 weeks notice, you forfeit your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
When scheduling your event space, you should consider the time you will need to set up and break down your event. You will need to pay a 25% deposit when booking your event. The refund will be refunded to you within 1 week of your event if the premises are left in good condition. Canceling your event less than 2 weeks, will result in no refund. You will need to obtain insurance. You will need to obtain a banquet permit if you are serving alcohol.
